Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10, 1986) was a actress turned model from India who mostly played in Hindi movies. Ayesha Takia was awarded with the Filmfare Best Debut Award in 2004 for her performance in Taarzan The Wonder Car, the film that introduced her to the screen. The actress later appeared in films such as Paathshaala (2011) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2006) and Socha Na Tha (2007). The first time she appeared was in a Complan commercial. Shahid Kapoor and she were in the iconic commercial "I'm Complan girl, I'm Complan boy". The singer also performed in the remix for Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. The song became a massive popular in India at the time of remixes. Then she began receiving film offers. Taarzan Wonder Car Wonder Car was known late to Takia's debut which was planned to appear in the film Socha Na Tha but was delayed by production issues. After she was criticized by her political father-in law Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Azmi's viewpoint on punishing the victim of rape as well, Ayesha displayed her moral courage. Ayesha declared that she was vegan when she was in a PETA India advert. In 2006, the actress was listed as one of the Top 100 Most Beautiful Women of India.
