Angelica underwent dialysis treatment for over a decade half years before receiving her kidney transplant. Angelica's mom was the only one who could donate a kidney. Angelica together with her mom underwent a successfully kidney transplantation on September 13, 2013 at two incredible hospitals located right next to one another - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale's dream to be a superstar has never wavered.
